We are looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development that will lead our Sales and Marketing Team to the next level of growth and excellency.

our team

The office team consists of 8 members including you. We have three experienced sales professionals which are responsible for their own region and/or product lines. For more complicated projects we have our in-house engineer. Our marketing manager takes care of all marketing activities and the controller makes sure all accounting work is done correctly. In our warehouse we have around 15 colleagues making sure all cable and mesh is produced correctly and on time. The ideal candidate will provide oversight and support to the team

You will have a key leadership role in the growth and expansion of the company. You will have the task to create new business and maintain a healthy pipeline. You will also formulate budget planning, pricing structures, and compensation plans for the sales team. You will oversee the sales and marketing programs and develop strategic objectives to increase revenue. Collaborate with the production and warehouse team on delivery schedules, and facilitate shortening the lead time by creating a more efficient process.
